Bioenergy means, literally, the provision of energy from biological sources. In our case this means biomass fuels from wood pellets to wood chip. Whilst bioenergy can also mean biofuels for transport from ethanol or biodiesel, PBE Bioenergy does not operate in this market.
We firmly believe that to consider the fuel or the boiler and any associated logistics in isolation can often lead to a system underperforming or even not working at all. PBE Bioenergy therefore offers the total ' fuel (or field) to flame ' approach to biomass heat and energy. We can arrange the supply of biomass boilers for small or large scale systems or even a turnkey contract to supply biomass heat on an Esco basis where heat is charged on a p/kW basis, as with electricity.
We use our own growers produced co-operatives to supply energy crops and local sources of wood co-product for our heating schemes or simply supply biomass as a fuel. We do not manufacture boilers but use a range of reliable boiler manufacturers whose products meet our high standards.
